VIRTUAL PROFESSIONAL MEETING
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10 2026
Topic: Lean & ERP
Tom will offer up his understanding of why Lean became so important, it’s true origin & intent plus why it’s NOT a “one trick pony”. As a seasoned Lean educator, trainer, facilitator, implementer… he will share examples of companies who needed more than Lean. The corollary message is that ERP has never been unimportant and why it needs to be in every discovery, assessment, business improvement and change management conversation.
